Sorry, we do not offer any refunds. When we receive your papers they are entered into our database and are activated by two employees who make sure your service request is properly handled. Your papers are then given to one of our process servers who immediately starts planning your service.
How many attempts do you make for the agreed service fee?
We generally offer up to five attempts in most areas throughout Florida. However, remote areas are limited to two attempts for the agreed upon fee.
